If the Referendum Passes:
Programs will be maintained, enhanced, and focused on success
Teacher compensation will become competitive
Continue to annually explore our budgeting strategies to ensure that we are always using local tax dollars efficiently and student-focused
The referendum rate will be evaluated and set each year during the budget process using an analysis of revenue, expenses, enrollment, and the needs of the district
The transparency displayed through this process will continue so our community can observe the utilization of their tax dollars
Vote May 7, 2024
If the Referendum Does Not Pass:
Teacher compensation will not be competitive
Cost reductions will need to happen which will impact the quality of our district's programs (i.e. - staff, programs, equipment, maintenance, etc.)
The long range reality is that small public school districts will be forced into considering consolidation by our state legislative bodies.
